Continuing with the specialization in the machining of complex parts, we have manufactured different types of gas expulsion systems for aluminum injection molds, which improve the quality of the injected parts, both structurally and visually. All the pieces are machined following a 3D file sent by the client and a subsequent dimensional control to ensure tolerances. They are pieces made of steel for hot work and hardened to 43 – 46 HRC.
